Entry ordered; that CUOH submit to the Commission and ORDC site plans and cost estimates for the projects by April 25, 2006, that by May 2, 2006, CUOH file a letter advising that is has submitted site plans and cost estimates to the Commission and ORDC, that following approval of site plans and cost estimates by ORDC, CUOH proceed with construction of the projects, with construction to be completed by January 25, 2007, that CUOH follow the detailed instructions as outlined in the ORDC letter of construction authorization, that CUOH notify the Commission and ORDC 30 days before the projected date of completion. |
