Entry ordered; that I&O, CSX, NS, and W&LE submit to the Commission and ORDC site plans and cost estimates for the projects by April 4, 2006, that by April 11, 2006 each file a letter in this docket advising that it has submitted site plans and cost estimates to the Commission and ORDC; that following approval of site plans and cost estimates by ORDC, I&O, CSX, NS, and W&LE proceed with construction of the projects with construction to be completed by January 4, 2007, that I&O, CSX, NS, and W&LE follow the detailed instructions as outlined in the ORDC letter of construction authorization, that I&O, CSX, NS, and W&LE notify the Commission and ORDC 30 days before the projected date of completion; that, at that time staff or ORDC makes its final inspection and if its finds that the installations are completed and have been put in service, staff will file a memorandum in this docket directing the docketing division close this case of record. |
