11/04/2005 Finding and order, ordering that staff recommendations are adopted and approved; that by February 2, 2006, NS and CSX submit to the Commission's Railroad Division site plans and cost estimates for this project; that by February 9, 2006, NS and CSX file a letter in this docket advising that plans and cost estimates have been submitted to the Commission; that following approval of the site plans and cost estimates, NS and CSX proceed with and complete their respective projects on or before November 2, 2006; that NS and CSX comply with the specifications contained in FInding (4); that NS and CSX notify the Commission 30 days before the projected date of completion; that the staff makes its final inspection and finds the NS and CSX upgrades to be completed and in service; Staff will file a memorandum in this docket directing the Docketing Division to close this case of record.
