Entry ordering that Suburban's application to amend its tariff, as filed on October 3, 2005, is approved; that the approved tariffs shall be effective no sooner than the issue date of this entry and the date the tariffs are filed in final form; that nothing shall be binding upon this Commission in any future proceeding or investigation involving the justness or reasonableness of any rate, charge, rule or regulation; this case be closed as a matter of record. |
