Entry ordered that; the subsidy stipulation adopted and approved that; by September 6, 2005, NS submit to the Commission's Railroad Division site plans and cost estimates for these projects that; by September 13, 2005, NS file a letter in this docket advising that it has submitted plans and cost estimates to the Commission, that; following approval of the site plans and cost estimates, NS proceed with and complete the project on or before June 8, 2006, that; NS follow the detailed instructions as outlined in the letter of construction authorization, that; NS notify the Commission 30 days before the projected date of completion, that; at the time the staff makes its final inspection and finds that the installation is completed and has been in service, staff will file a memorandum in this docket directing the Docketing Division to close this case of record. |
