Finding & Order authorizing applicant to transfer its outstanding capital stock, consisting of 2,100 shares of common stock, to Lightning Pipeline Co., all pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the application; that applicant shall account for the transfer of stock as prescribed in the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Uniform System of Accounts as currently in effect. |
