Entry ordering that the application requesting Commission approval of its selection of Shell Energy Services as the alternative natural gas supplier for the PIPP customer class be granted; that the application requesting the Commission to waive those provisions of Chapter 4901:1-14, O.A.C. which do not recognize gas purchases specifically allocated for use by specific customer classes be granted. |
