02/19/2004Supplemental Finding and Order, that the Commission Order dated December 17, 2003, is hereby modified to allow applicants to issued short term indebtedness and to participate in the Money Pool, through December 31, 2004, as described in their supplemental application, that in all other respects, the Commission order dated December 17, 2003 shall remain in full force and effect.4

12/17/2003Finding and order that applicants Ohio Edison, Toledo Edison and Cleveland Electric are authorized through 12/31/2004 to have short term notes outstanding including the Statuary exemption in aggregate principal amounts of not more than 500 million dollars for each at any time, funds provided by applicants on the money pool shall not exceed the applicants respective statutory exemption limit and applicant loans be made through the money pool that have investment grade or higher credit ratings, these loans should not exceed $500 million for each company through 12/31/2004 and that they report to the director of utilities relating to the issuance of the notes and details of their participation in the money pool on a quarterly basis. The proceeds derived by applicants granted shall be applied for the purpose set forth in this order,short term indebtedness and participation in money pool shall be in compliance with applicants electric transition, applicants shall submit quarterly reports, the authorization granted by this order shall be construed to imply any guaranty or obligation as to unsecured notes and other evidence of indebtedness.6
