Opinion & Order adopting and approving the stipulation; that Duke be authorized to file, in final form its tariffs consistent with this order; that the new rates for Rider AMRP shall be a date not earlier than the date upon which the final tariff page are filed with the Commission; that Duke shall notify its customers of the changes to the tariff via bill message or bill insert, or separate mailing within 30 days of the effective date of the revised tariffs. |
