Finding and order that OCC's motion to intervene be granted. It is, further, ordered, that, in accordance with finding (13), the request for clarification or, in the alternative, request for waiver filed by the School Consortium be granted. It is, further, ordered, that in accordance with finding (14), the School Consortium provide Columbia and Staff with a list of its members on October 7, 2009. |
