Finding ordering that DP&L's application to decrease it Rider is approved as filed; that DP&L is authorized to file in final form the tariff consistent with this Finding and Order; that the updated tariff shall be effective for bills rendered on and after February 1, 2009; that DP&L notify all affected customers within 45 days of the effective date of the proposed tariff. |
