Opinion and Ordered, that the attorney examiner's procedural rulings be affirmed. It is, further, ordered, that IEU-Ohio's and OCC's motion to strike portions of AEP Ohio's reply brief be granted. It is, further, ordered, that the motions for for protective order filed by OCC, IEU-Ohio, and AEP Ohio be granted for a period of 18 months from the date of this Opinion and Order. |
