In the matter of the application of United Telephone Company of Ohio dba CenturyLink to revise tariff-This filing establishes the maximum rates that are currently allowed under OAC 4901:1-6-14. These maximum rates should have been adjusted when individual line rates were increased effective April 1, 2015 under 15-0600-TP-ZTA.
