Finding and Order stating that Generation Pipeline's revised proposed tariff, as filed on
March 2, 2016, be approved: that Generation Pipeline is authorized to file its tariff, in final form,
consistent with this Finding and Order. Generation Pipeline shall file one copy in this
case docket and one copy in a TRF docket ordered that the effective date of the new tariff shall be a date not earlier
than the date upon which the final tariff pages are filed with the Commission ordered that Generation Pipeline file a revised proposed tariff for General
Gas Service and Residential Gas Service, no later than six months from the date of this
Finding and Order. |
