Finding & Order stating that by July 20, 2012, NS file a notice that it has initiated with TE, or any other applicable utility, the process to ensure that electric service will be available at the involved grade crossings as set forth in finding 3; that NS complete the projects by March 20, 2013; that Staff or ORDC makes its final inspection and Staff files a memorandum indicating that the installations are completed, the warning devices have been put in service, and the grade crossing is closed. |
