Entry ordering OTA's motion seeking blanket waiver from the obligations of Rule 4901:1-5-10 (B), 0.A.C., labeled as "the Service Termination Rule", is denied; AT&T's request to treat it's reply memorandum as an individual request for waiver of the Service Termination Rule is denied; a limited waiver of the new Service Termination Rule is granted in accordance with the directives of Finding 7, to the extent necessary to address the concerns of companies with respect to residental and business customers whose stand-alone BLES accounts consist of two or three BLES lines; the Commission will not begin enforcing the new rule provision until January, 1, 2009. |
