Finding and order stating that Applicant, Ohio Power Company, is authorized through December 31, 2013 to: (a) issue promissory notes, including AEP Notes, provided the aggregate principal amount of Notes and AEP Notes do not exceed $1.2 billion; (b) enter into Interest Agreements; (c) enter into Loan Agreements to issue the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority Refunding Bonds and the West Virginia Economic Development Authority Revenue Refunding Bonds for aggregate amount of $50 million and $65 million respectively, and; (d) enter into one or more Credit Facilities, within the terms and conditions as set forth in the Application. |
