Recommendation: agreed that a 45-day period would be observed in order to initiate the internal CSX Transportation process an implement a resolution to the complaint. As a result, I recommend that this matter be held in abeyance until April 20, 2012 filed by Rand Patterson on behalf of the PUCO. |
