(SIXTH AMENDED AUTHORITY) A. Transportation of property from and to points on SR 361 between U.S. 23 and SR 159, Pickaway County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST: 1. Transportation of shipments from and to Circleville, Ohio, as its boundaries existed June 14, 1991, except as otherwise authorized. 2. Transportation of dry bulk commodities in tank or hopper vehicles. 3. Transportation of household goods as defined by the Commission. 4. Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers and banking documents and manufactured housing units. 5. Against the transportation of oil well and gas well equipment and supplies. 6. Transportation of paints, stains, varnishes, paint products, paint materials and plastics from and to points in Pickaway Township, Pickaway County, except where otherwise authorized herein. 7. Transportation of petroleum and petroleum products, benzoil and benzene, in bulk, in tank vehicles. 8. Transportation of commodities in dump vehicles, logs, rough lumber, fertilizer, feed, seed, grain in bulk, and heavy machinery. 9. Transportation of liquid bulk commodities. 10. Transportation of property in armored vehicles. B. Transportation of property in low, heavy-duty trailers from and to points in Washington, Circleville, Pickaway and Salt Creek Townships, Pickaway County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST; 1. Transportation of shipments from or to Circleville, Ohio as its boundaries existed June 14, 1991, except where otherwise authorized. 2. Transportation of houdehold goods as defined by the Commission. 3. Transportation of manufactured housing units. 4. Transportation of oil well and gas well equipment and supplies. 5. Transportation of logs, rough lumber and heavy machinery. 6. Against serving points: On U.S. 23 between the Walnut/Harrison Township Line and the Pickaway/Ross County Line, on U.S. 22 between U.S. 23 and the Pickaway/Fairfield County Line. |
