Opinion and order stating that the motions to intervene by OCC and the Cities of Tiffin and Marion is granted; that the stipulation and recommendation filed jointly by all parties on January 12, 2005 is approved; the application of Ohio American Water Company for authority to increase its rates and charges for water service is granted; that the proposed revised tariffs and customer notice are approved and company is authorized as of no earlier than two business days after the date of this opinion and order; that the effective date of the new tariffs shall be a date not eariler than both two business days after the date of this opinion and order. |
