(FOURTH AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transport- ation of dry bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of cement. RESTRICTED, except where otherwise authorized, AGAINST the transportation of building materials, described as building block (cement, concrete, cinder and slag), brick (both face and common), rock lathe, sheet rock board, brick mortar, plaster and plaster products, building lime, cement, clay tile products (glazed tile, hollow tile), building stone, lumber and lumber products, cinders and slag originating in Butler, Clark, Darke, Montgomery and Preble Counties; and points in the Cincinnati, Dayton, Middletown and Springfield Commercial Zones. RESTRICTED, except where otherwise authorized, AGAINST the transportation of agricultural lime and fertilizer originating in Montgomery County and points in the Dayton Commercial Zones. RESTRICTED except where AGAINST the transportation of brick and tile on flatbed equipment originating in Clermont, Hamilton and Warren Counties, and points in the Cincinnati and Middletown Commercial Zones. RESTRICTED, except where otherwise authorized, AGAINST the transportation of power shovels, contractors' equipment, concrete mixers, cranes, road rollers, trenching machines, steam boilders, heavy casting, heavy stone, steel waterline pipe, structural steel, safers, and vaults, and heavy machinery, originating in the Akron Commercial Zone. RESTRICTED, exept where otherwise authorized, AGAINST the transportation of asphalt and asphaltic products and commodities, not requiring protection AGAINST the elements, in open dump trucks, unloaded by end dumping, originating in the Akron Commercial Zone. |
