Entry ordering that the applications for rehearing are denied, in part, and granted, in part, as set forth in this entry; that FirstEnergy's proposed methodology for the pricing and distribution of the MSG is reasonable and is approved; that the revised kWh sales targets included in Exhibit 1 to the rehearing application are approved, that FirstEnergy file with the Commission the details of its CBP for Commission approval and that parties wishing to comment on that filing will have 10 days from that filing to file their comments. |
