Ordered that CoreComm's complaint is granted and denied in part; ordered that to the extent not addressed in this order all other allegations are denied; that the 30 day restriction regarding Ameritech's winback promotions shall remain in place; that Ameritech file the requisite tariff revisions consistent with this order; that Ameritech informally provide the requisite contribution analysis on a going forward basis consistent with this order; that Ameritech work with CoreComm to address future identified wholesale problems in a timely manner; that Ameritech file an affidavit updating its use of "836" line loss notices for the purpose of commencing winback promotions; that Ameritech file an affidavit updating its wholesale offering of Caller ID with name, that the docketing division should maintain for 18 months from the date of this order all documents that have been granted protective status in this docket. |
