Opinion and Order, that the stipulation and recommendation filed on December 8, 2005, be approved in accordance with this opinion and order, that Eastern, if it has not already done so, immediately begin using depreciation accrual rates prescribed by the Commission in 95-488-GA-AIR, that the application of Eastern Natural Gas Company for authority to increase its rates and charges for gas service is granted to the extent provided in this opinion and order, that Eastern's proposed customer notice be approved and that Eastern be directed to send that notice to its customers in accordance with this opinion and order. |
