Opinion & Order that the motion by the City of Cleveland for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in the telecom case, which brief was received and considered by the Commission along with all other amicus briefs received in this proceeding, be granted; that the just and reasonable public way fee and classification for the City of Toledo be as set forth in conclusion of law (10); that, inasmuch as the Commission anticipates the filing of applications for rehearing in this proceeding, the suspension of the public way fees of Toledo, under TMC Chapters 717 and 945, shall continue until otherwise by the Commission. |
