Opinion & Order that the denial of the motion to intervene by Green Mountain be reversed; that the intervention of Green Mountain in the MDP case, the accounting case and RTO case, and the intervention of WPS in the MDP case, be granted, on the terms set forth herein; that the denial of the motion to compel discovery, filed by Strategic, Constellation and Dominion be affirmed; that the stipulation filed on May 28, 2003, is approved, to the extent and subject to the modifications and conditions set forth in this order; that DP&L file tariffs for Commission approval that reflect the terms of the stipulation as modified by this order within 75 days. |
