Opinion and order and certificate, ordering that the stipulation filed July 7, 2005 and the supplemental joint stipulation filed on August 2, 2005, in this matter are approved and adopted; that a certificate be issued to Columbia Gas of Ohio, Inc. for the construction, operation and maintenance of the project as proposed along the preferred route as modified; that the certificate contain the applicable conditions set forth in section IV of this Opinion, Order, and certificate. |
