Entry ordering that Toro Energy of Ohio, LLC for relief from the Commission's jurisdiction and the obligations imposed by Chapters 4901, 4903, 4907, 4909, 4921, and 4923, Revised Code, except as provided in finding (8) be granted, so long as Toro Ohio is not affiliated with or under the control of a gas or natural gas company engaged in the transportation or distribution of natural gas, and so long as Toro Ohio does not engage in the distribution of gas to consumers, except for the distribution of gas to MSC Walbridge and Sunoco as described in this entry and the application transactions from which the Commission granted produces exemption from regulation. |
