Finding and order rescinding rules as stated in Finding (11); that amended and new rules, as stated in Finding (12), are adopted; that existing rules, as stated in Finding (13), should be submitted to the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review as part of the five-year review process; that unless ordered otherwise by the Commission or the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the five-year review date for the rules in Chapters 4901:2-1 and 4901:2-5, O.A.C., shall be November 30, 2009. |
