(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Fallsburg, Mary Ann, Perry, Madison, Franklin, Hopewell and Bowling Green Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Petroleum and petroleum products, benzol, benzene and liquid fertilizer, in bulk, in tank vehicles. (2) Cash letter, banking documents and records, audit and accounting media, and business records. (3) Mobile homes, house trailers, and their contents. (4) Dry bulk commodities. (5) The use of armored vehicles. (6) Household goods, office furniture and fixtures. (7) Heavy electricl and oil well equipment and machinery, building materials; logs, ties, poles, lumber (rough and unfinished), sawmill equipment and supplies, products of sawmills, feed, fertilizer, grain, seed, farm supplies, farm machinery, and farm products. (8) Service to and from points within the Newark Commercial Zone, (as it existed on December 10. 1988), except as otherwise authorized. |
