Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission Order dated September 15, 1982 is hereby amended and modified to extend the authorization to Ohio Edison Company to issue its First Mortgage Bonds as security for the re- payment of its obligation to repay Deutsche Bank A.G. for the replacement letter of credit, as described in this Supplemental Application; that in all other respects, the Commission Order dated September 15, 1982 shall remain in full force and effect.
