Supplemental Finding & Order amending and modifying the Commission Order dated February 3, 1994 to facilitate applicant to issue and sell, from time to time, through December 31, 1995, up to (a) $35 million of the Preferred Stock; (b) $70 million of the Bonds ; and (c) $25 million of the County Bonds; that in all other respects, the Commission Order dated February 3, 1994, in this matter shall remain in full force and effect.
