Entry ordering hearing for March 8, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission, that the manner in which disputed batch hot cut issues should be raised is clarified in accordance with Finding (2), that the joint status report filed on or before January 6, 2003, that SBC Ohio file its proposed batch hot cut prices and cost study on or before January 12, 2004, that petitions seeking resolution of disputed batch hot cut issues should be filed on or before January 9, 2003, that SBC Ohio should file its answer to a filed petition within 10 calendar days of being served with a pleading, that SBC Ohio and intervenors shall file direct testimonies regarding the batch hot cost issues on January 27, 2004.
