Entry ordering that reasonable grounds for complaint have been stated; that ICG's and MCI's motions to intervene in this proceeding are denied for the reasons set forth in Finding 6, however, both companies are granted amicus curiae status; rescheduling an evidentiary hearing at 10:00 a.m. on July 27, 1999, at the Commission offices; that any direct, expert testimony to be presented by any party and any stipu- lations of fact shall be filed and served by July 20, 1999; that the previously established filing dates for briefs are vacated, and the briefing schedule shall be established at a later time.
