Entry ordering that the application for rehearing is granted, revised rule (Appendix A) is adopted, and that copies of the revised rule be refiled with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Legislative Service Commission, and the Secretary of State, it is further ordered, that, unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the review date for the revised rule shall be May 31, 2007. |
