Finding & Order approving and adopting the stipulation in its entirety; that CG&E comply with all the terms of the stipulation; that CG&E's previously-approved transportation contracts for on-system transportation customers are amended to include the transition costs surcharge set forth in the stipulation, unless such contract expressly provides other- wise; that CG&E's proposed tariff is approved. |
