Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission orders dated September 14, 1995 and September 19, 1996 are here- by amended and modified to extend the authorization to issue the remaining $135 million aggregate principal amount of the CSP Noes and/or the CSP Stock by Columbus Southern Power and the remaining $290 million aggregate principal amount of the OP Notes by Ohio Power through September 30, 1998; that in all other respects, the Com- mission Orders dated September 14, 1995 and September 19, 1996 shall remain in full force and effect.
