Finding & Order that existing Rules 4901:1-1-01, 4901:1-1-04, 4901:1-3-04, 4901:1-3-07, 4901:1-8-01, 4901:1-8-02, 4901:1-8-03, and 4901:1-9-04, Ohio Administrative Code, shall be rescinded; the new rules are adopted and should be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, and the Legislative Service Commission, as part of the five-year review process. |
