Opinion & Order granting OCC's motion to intervene; that the settlement agreement presented by staff and the parties to this proceeding be adopted in its entirety; that the EFC rate of CSP, beginning with the first billing cycle of June 2000, be 1.33663 cents/kWh; that the EFC rate of OSP, begin- ning with the first billing cycle of June 2000, be 1.36441 cents/kWh; that the EFC rates determined in these proceed- ings for Columbus CSP and OPC remain in effect until re-= placed by rates resulting from Commission action in Case Nos. 99-1729-EL-ETP and 99-1730-EL-ETP, respectively; that CSP and OPC file their respective EFC tariff riders reflect- ing the new EFC rates forthwith.
