Entry ordering that AEP serve the 12/17,2003 revision and file proof of publication and that a local hearing be held at the Dublin Community Recreation Center at 7:00 PM located in Coffman Park , Community Hall-Talla 2, 5600 Post Road, Dublin Ohio 43017 and an adjudicatory hearing will commence on Thursday, April 1,2004 at 10:00 AM at the offices of the Commission on the 11th floor hearing room 11-B and that notice of these hearings be made by AEP.The Board will accept petitions to intervene in the adjudicatory hearing up to 5 days prior to the scheduled date for the non-adjudicatory hearing or later if good cause is shown and that the petitions for leave to intervene by Neighbors for Responsible Powerline Placement and Duke Realty Corp. are granted.
