Entry ordering that all local exchange companies in the state of Ohio, excluding Ohio Bell and GTE North, are required to file with the Commission under this docket, by 12/15/94, updated 900 services blocking tariffs; that, unless the Commission acts otherwise before January 3, 1995, tariffs in the same form as that in Appendix A, shall be automatically approved on January 4, 1995; that each company whose tariffs are automatically approved on Jan- uary 4, 1995, shall file with the Commission three printed copies of its final tariff, under one cover letter, which references this docket number and its TRF case numer; those local exchange companies filing 900 services blocking tariffs that are not considtent with the language found in Appendix A shall be considered in a subsequent entry in this docket.
