Entry ordering that all small telephone companies which file amendments to pending cases requesting a modification of tariff charges which is not for an increase in rates must serve upon any entity which has already filed an objection to the objection to the application and served on the company, all pleadings or papers filed with the Commission subsequent to the filing of the objectino in accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code; that, sub- sequent to an amendment being filed, the Commission staff will consider on a case-by-case basis whether the amend- ment is substantial enough in nature to require an ex- tension of the automatic approval date. |
