Opinion & Order that the request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the Ohio portion of the Union City exchange and the Arcanum, Ansonia, Bradford, Gettysburg, Hollansburg,New Madison, Rossburg, and Versailles exchanges is denied, and that those portions of this proceeding which pertain to establishing EAS, in any form, between these exchanges are dismissed and closed of record; that the Commission will make no determination at this time regarding the requested EAS between the Ohio portion of the Union City exchange and the Greenville exchange, pending receipt of additional cost and revenue information; respondents shall file by 6/15/95 the requested cost and revenue information regarding two-way EAS, whether flat-rate or measured-rate, between the Ohio portion of the Union City exchange and the Greenville exchange; that complainants file a statement no later than 7/1/95 indicating whether they desire the Commission to hold a further hearing.
