The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio's (PUCO) comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in CC Docket No. 99-200 (In the Matter of Number Resource Optimization). The PUCO's comments respond to the FCC's March 11, 2005 public notice inviting input on RNK Telecom, Nuvio Corporation, Unipoint Enhanced Services, Dialpad Communications, Inc., Vonage Corporation, and VoEX Inc.s petitions for a limited waiver of certain federal numbering requirements. The comments include as an attachment the PUCO's August 16, 2004 comments in the FCC's CC-99-200 proceeding responding to SBC-IP's request for a limited waiver of the same numbering requirements, filed by D.
