Finding & Order approving the stipulation in its entirety; that GTE should implement two-way, nonoptional measured- rate EAS between the Seville and Lodi exchanges as soon as practical and, in any event, within 12 months from the date of this Finding & Order; that GTE establish an in- service date within 4 months of the date of this Finding & Order, and advise the Commission not later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event the date cannot be met, together with the reason. |
