Entry ordering that Ameritech's motion for a stay of this proceeding is denied. It is further ordered that the motions to intervene of TCG, Brooks, Time Warner, and MCIm are denied, as described in finding 10. However TCG, Brooks Time Warner, MCIm are granted amicus curiae, in this case. It is further ordered that MCI's motion to consolidate this case with case No. 97-1723-TP-CSS is denied and that reason- able grounds for complaint have been stated and that a second conference be held with the examiner at 1:30 p.m. on January 29, 1998 at the offices of the Commission.
