Entry ordered; that discovery commence consistent with Finding (4), and shall be limited to the issues identified in Finding (3); that all responses to interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and requests for admissions should be served within 10 calendar days after receipt of the written discovery request, the last day upon which a party may service a discovery request shall be August 8, 2005; that all responses to future motions shall be filed and served within seven calendar days of the date that the motion is filed with the Commission in accordance with Finding (4); that all parties interested in raising any additional issues should do so by July 6, 2005, in accordance with Finding (4); that in accordance with Finding (11), the motions to intervene filed by the OCC and Qwest are granted; that in accordance with Finding (12), the motions pro hac vice filed May 23, 2005, and June 7, 2005, on behalf of Qwest are granted; that in accordance with Finding (13), the applicants file written testimony by July 18, 2005, that intervenors filed testimony by August 25, 2005, and that the applicants file rebuttal testimony by September 8, 2005; that in accordance with Finding (13), the OCC's motion for evidentiary hearing is denied; that the OCC's motion for suspension of the automatic time frame is moot. |
