Entry ordering that approval of this application is parti- ally suspended, pending the Commission's determination as to the reasonableness of the cell reclassification issue presented and/or until the Commission specifically orders otherwise; that under the partial suspension, CBT may con- tinue, for an indefinite period until the Commission orders otherwise, to offer its PRIME Advantage service under the cell classification scheme established in Case No. 94-1910- TP-ATA (and subject to the Cell 1 price flexibility criteria first established in the April 3, 1995 entry in Case No. 94-1910-TP-ATA); that CBT reissue its tariff sheets to reflect that the cell classifications and pricing flexibil- ity mechanisms established in Case No. 94-1910-TP-ATA shall remain in effect, unless the Commission specifically orders otherwise, pending the Commission's disposition of Case No. 96-04-TP-ATA, which was filed by the company on January 3, 1996 and partially suspended by the Commission by entry dated February 2, 1996.
