Entry ordering that joint applicants cause publication of legal notice to occur in accordance with Finding 3, and file proof of publication with the Commission in accor- dance with Finding 4; that any interested person, firm, corporation, or entity who can show good cause why the application should not be granted shall file a written statement detailing the reasons by March 24, 2000; that, unless the Commission receives a written statement objecting to the granting of the application in this case for good cause shown and an accompanying request for oral hearing on such issue, this matter will be decided on the basis of the information contained in the application.
