Entry ordering that the request for a waiver of the USOA requirement are partially granted as stated herein; that the request for protective treatment of Exhibit K and Attachment 2 to the application of Level 3 is granted in part and denied in part; that the Docketing Division of the Commission maintain under seal Exhibit K for 18 months from the date of this entry; that if Level 3 wishes to ex- tend the confidential treatment of Exhibit K, it should file an appropriate motion at least 45 days in advance of the expiration date of this protective order; that the Docketing Division of the Commission remove Attachment 2 from the sealed record and place it in the public record; that this case be closed of record.
